Bring us the question, not the requirements list
Thirty minutes. A floorplan, a lease date or a policy argument you are stuck in. You will get an honest answer about what can be measured, what it would take, and what the method cannot tell you.
What happens after
One working day
A reply from someone who can answer the question, not a qualification call.
Thirty minutes
Your question, the relevant products, and what a study would look like in your buildings.
A written summary
What we discussed, what is measurable and what it would cost, so you can circulate it internally without rewriting it.
Who you will be talking to
Whoever answers has run these studies. Rogier Woudsma developed the occupancy method and ran the studies himself for two decades; Asaël Akkerman and the partnerships directors cover the strategy and channel side, in your market and usually in your language.
It is not a qualification call and there is no SDR in front of it. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you will get that answer and what would change it.
Book it
One of us replies within one working day — a person who has run these studies, not a qualification call. If the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say that, and tell you what would change it.
Questions we get asked
Can we start with a pilot?
Scope and price are agreed per case. We do not advertise a free pilot, because a free study is one nobody staffs properly and the data comes back thin — and thin data is the problem you hired us to fix. A single building at a real price is the smallest thing worth doing.
How is it priced?
Per completed employee per month, billed annually in advance. The pricing page carries the current plans and prices and is the authoritative source.
Two things sit outside that. Occupancy is quoted per study, because a measurement round is scoped per building, period and method. Entry Pass is not sold at all: it comes free with Dynamics, because charging for the return leg removes the reason people take part a second time.
How long does it take?
It depends on the buildings, the method and how many people take part, so what we will not do is publish an average implementation time. What we can say is the shape: scoping in weeks rather than months; an occupancy round runs over a defined measurement period agreed up front; Dynamics closes when the response window closes. We commit to dates in the proposal, per project, and we would rather be held to those than to an average.
What do we need to have ready?
Usually: who owns the decision, the question in one sentence, the buildings or teams in scope, floor plans or a space inventory, whatever workplace data already exists, a plan for telling employees what is happening, and agreement on who is responsible for what under GDPR.
We confirm the list per project before anything starts.
Do you collect personal data?
It depends on the product, and the architecture reports patterns rather than people by design. That is a decision taken before the first sensor, not a policy added after a works council asked.
What is processed, on what basis, who may see it and how long it is kept is settled per project before implementation, and written down.
