Pricing

Priced per completed employee, not per licence

You pay for the people who actually took part in the research, not for everyone who could log in. That keeps the price tied to the evidence you get rather than to how widely you share it, and putting the results in front of more colleagues costs nothing extra.

The four plans

Per completed employee per month, in US dollars, billed annually in advance.

PlanPer employee / monthWhat is in itWho it is for
People$3.87Dynamics + BalanceHR departments
Place$3.87Dynamics + TaxonomyReal estate departments
People & Place Core$5.80Dynamics + Balance + TaxonomyHR, real estate and the board
People & Place Pro$7.74Dynamics + Balance + Taxonomy + BookingOrganisation-wide

A two-year commitment saves 30% against a one-year commitment. Prices in US dollars; euro and pound pricing on request, and the rate is set at contract signature rather than at enquiry.

What it comes to

A 2,000-employee organisation runs Dynamics and gets 800 completed responses. On People & Place Core at $5.80 that is $4,640 a month, $55,680 for the year, billed annually in advance. On a two-year commitment the rate is $4.06 and the year is $38,976.

Fewer completions, smaller invoice. The unit does not round up to headcount, and putting the results in front of the other 1,200 colleagues costs nothing.

What is not in the plan price

Occupancy is quoted per study. A measurement round is scoped per building, period and method, so there is no standard round and no licence line for one.

Entry Pass is not sold at all. It comes with Dynamics at no extra cost, because charging for the return leg removes the reason people take part a second time.

Implementation and activation are part of the product, not a service someone bills for. Advisory work, the space programme, the fit-out and the change programme are quoted by the partner who does them and are not marked up by us.

Term, renewal and what happens if you leave

One year or two, billed annually in advance, renewing for the same term unless you tell us sixty days out. There is no minimum seat count and no per-user uplift mid-term: if next year's study returns more completions, the increase is on that year's invoice, not this one.

On exit you get your data. Study results, the raw measurement and the reports are exported in an open format; we keep nothing you have not agreed we keep, and the retention schedule is in the processing agreement rather than in a settings screen.

What the price depends on

Completed employees

The unit is a completed response, not a seat. An organisation of two thousand with eight hundred completions pays for eight hundred.

Measurement method

Observation, sensors and wifi differ substantially in cost, and the right one depends on the building rather than the budget. That sits outside the licence.

Who delivers

Running observation rounds with your own people costs less than a fully delivered study. The methodology and analysis stay with us either way.

Partner scope

Fit-out, change work and local delivery are quoted by the partner who does them, not marked up by us.

Why Dynamics is in every plan

Dynamics is the shared data and intelligence layer the other products read from. Balance models a policy against it, Taxonomy derives a space programme from it, and Booking keeps it current. Sold without it they would each be running on assumptions, which is the thing they exist to replace.

Occupancy is not a line on any plan: a measurement round is scoped per building, period and method and is quoted per study.

Questions we get asked

  • How is it priced?

Per completed employee per month, billed annually in advance. The pricing page carries the current plans and prices and is the authoritative source.

Two things sit outside that. Occupancy is quoted per study, because a measurement round is scoped per building, period and method. Entry Pass is not sold at all: it comes free with Dynamics, because charging for the return leg removes the reason people take part a second time.

  • Is implementation included?

The proposal separates them, deliberately: platform access, implementation and activation, a managed measurement round if there is one, and anything a partner delivers alongside.

Advisory work is a partner line, not ours.

  • Can we start with a pilot?

Scope and price are agreed per case. We do not advertise a free pilot, because a free study is one nobody staffs properly and the data comes back thin — and thin data is the problem you hired us to fix. A single building at a real price is the smallest thing worth doing.

  • How long does it take?

It depends on the buildings, the method and how many people take part, so what we will not do is publish an average implementation time. What we can say is the shape: scoping in weeks rather than months; an occupancy round runs over a defined measurement period agreed up front; Dynamics closes when the response window closes. We commit to dates in the proposal, per project, and we would rather be held to those than to an average.

  • Managed or self-managed occupancy study?

In a managed study we design and coordinate it end to end: floor plan preparation, the measurement rounds, quality control, analysis and reporting.

In a self-managed study your own team runs the rounds using our process and tooling. It costs less and it scales: measuring twelve buildings is not twelve times the cost of measuring one. Which fits depends on internal capacity and how often you intend to repeat it.

  • What security documentation is available?

Workplaced Technologies Ltd holds ISO 27001 certificate 0202968, via Intertek under UKAS.

The certificate, the sub-processor list, the standard data processing agreement and the penetration test summary are handed over after contracting, under confidentiality. They exist and they are current; they are not published on the open web.
