Your personal workplace guide

The workplace, explained to you

Everything the organisation sees as a pattern, you see about yourself. Entry Pass turns what is known about how you work (where, when, with whom, on what) into guidance for one person. Which space suits which task, which conditions you actually work well in, and how to get more out of the building you are in.

Free with Dynamics, and why

Entry Pass is not sold. It comes with Dynamics at no extra cost, because charging for the return leg would remove the reason people take part a second time.

Every workplace study asks employees for input; this is the first one that hands each of them a personal answer back. That exchange is what makes aggregation a fair deal rather than a policy — and it is what keeps the response rate up on the study you are actually paying for.

Why an employer switches it on

Something back for the people who gave the data

The organisation gets patterns. The individual gets an answer about themselves.

Better use of the building without a mandate

People move to spaces that suit them because it helps them, not because a policy told them to.

Adoption of the strategy you just paid for

A workplace concept nobody understands stays a drawing. This is the layer that makes it personal enough to act on.

What it does

Built on how you really work

Dynamics supplies the where, when, with whom and on what. Entry Pass turns that into something you can act on tomorrow morning.

Your profile, not a personality quiz

The Big Five, alongside your own stated preferences. An established instrument, used to explain rather than to label.

Conditions, not just desks

Noise, light, temperature, how enclosed a space feels. Some people need quiet and daylight; others genuinely do not. Entry Pass says which you are and where in the building that exists.

Matched to the task

The right space for focused work is rarely the right space for a call or a workshop. One desk for everything is a compromise nobody chose.

Cultural fit, made visible

How you prefer to collaborate set against how the organisation actually works, so a mismatch becomes something you can name instead of something that just feels off.

Personal workplace profile with recommendations per activity and environmental condition

A personal Entry Pass: which space suits which task, and the conditions this person actually works well in. Nobody else sees it.

Questions we get asked

  • What is Entry Pass?

Entry Pass is a personal workplace guide for the employee. It combines how someone works with the Big Five and their own stated preferences for noise, light and enclosure, and returns guidance about themselves.

Only the individual sees it. No manager view exists. It is the return leg that makes aggregation a fair exchange rather than a policy.

  • Does Entry Pass open doors?

No. Entry Pass is a personal workplace profile and has nothing to do with access control, visitor management or a door credential. The name misleads and the current site's alt text gets this wrong.

If you need building access, that is a different system and not one we sell.

  • Is Entry Pass the old Workplace Passport?

Yes. Entry Pass is the current name for the personal workplace profile that came out of Dynamics and was previously called the Workplace Passport. The old address still resolves to the new page.

  • Can our employer see my individual answers?

Entry Pass is for the individual. There is no manager view of it.

Where a product does report to the organisation, it reports aggregated patterns. If you are evaluating this as a works council, ask for the specific configuration in writing rather than relying on a website: that is what the DPA is for.
