Six answers, one evidence base
Most organisations already have workplace data. What they do not have is one set of definitions behind it, so HR, real estate and finance arrive at the board with three numbers and no decision. Each product here answers on its own. Together they answer to the same measurements, which is what turns a stack of reports into a case.
How they fit together
Occupancy tells you what happened in the space. Dynamics tells you what people needed from it. Neither is complete alone: a floor can be empty because the desks are wrong, because the commute is long, or because the policy says so, and only the second measurement distinguishes those.
Balance turns that evidence into a policy you can defend, Taxonomy turns it into a brief a supplier can price, and Booking keeps it current after the study is delivered. Entry Pass is the return leg, the reason an employee answers the second survey.
Bundles
Four plans, built around the question you are answering rather than around a product list. You pay for the people who took part, not for everyone who could log in. Occupancy is quoted per study, because a measurement round is scoped per building. Entry Pass is not sold at all — it comes free with Dynamics.
Dynamics + Balance
For the hybrid policy question. What people need, and what each policy option costs on six factors.
Läs merPlace · $3.87 per completed employee / monthDynamics + Taxonomy
For the space question. What people need, translated into a programme of requirements.
Läs merCore · $5.80 per completed employee / monthDynamics + Balance + Taxonomy
Both questions at once, which is how they usually arrive.
Läs merPro · $7.74 per completed employee / month…and Booking
With a live demand signal underneath, so the evidence does not age between studies.
Läs merPortfolio · all six productsPlace Strategy
For more than one building. All six on one set of definitions, so twelve buildings can be compared rather than argued about.

How do the products fit together?
In three phases. Analyze, to understand what is happening: Dynamics and Occupancy. Configure, to turn that into policy and a space requirement: Balance and Taxonomy. Manage, to run the workplace day to day: Booking and Entry Pass.
That order drives the navigation, the sitemap and every product list on this site, because it is also the order the work happens in.
Can we use one product on its own?
Yes. Each product answers a distinct question and several clients start with one.
They compound when connected: what Dynamics learns about how people work feeds the policy comparison in Balance, the space programme in Taxonomy and the demand picture that Booking keeps current. Occupancy is the measurement most of the others are checked against.
Can products be combined?
Yes, where the combination serves the decision. We would rather recommend two products that answer the question than four that fill a page.
What happens after the analysis?
The analysis is not the deliverable, the decision is. Depending on scope: scenarios, a hybrid policy, a space programme, support through design and fit-out, employee enablement, and then measuring again on the same method.
That last step is what turns two snapshots into a trend and a trend into the next business case.
