One evidence base across the portfolio

A single building can be understood with one product. A portfolio cannot, because the moment two buildings are measured to different definitions, the comparison between them is an opinion. Place Strategy is all six products on one data model. Occupancy, Dynamics, Balance, Taxonomy, Booking and Entry Pass, on one set of definitions.

All six, on one set of definitions

Each product collects and feeds what it learns back into the others. Any one works alone. Bought together they measure to the same definitions, which is what makes twelve buildings comparable at all.

What changes at portfolio scale

Comparability becomes the point

Twelve buildings measured twelve ways produce twelve stories. One method produces a ranking you can act on.

The method has to travel

Your own teams run the studies with our methodology behind them, which is what makes measuring a portfolio affordable at all.

The number has to survive a board

Every figure traces back to how it was measured. The discussion becomes the method, not the messenger.

What is in scope, and who does the work

Workplaced supplies the platform and gets it live: configured against your buildings, integrated, and actually used. That is part of the product rather than a service someone bills for.

The advisory work, the measurement rounds in market, the space programme and the change programme sit with a certified partner, and we will introduce you to the one that covers your portfolio. Occupancy is quoted per study because a round is scoped per building; Entry Pass comes free with Dynamics.

Questions we get asked

  • Can you work across countries?

Yes, and comparability is the point: twelve buildings measured twelve ways produce twelve stories, and one method produces a ranking you can act on.

Language, local workplace practice, works council process and privacy requirements differ per market, and the delivery model adapts to that.

  • How do the products fit together?

In three phases. Analyze, to understand what is happening: Dynamics and Occupancy. Configure, to turn that into policy and a space requirement: Balance and Taxonomy. Manage, to run the workplace day to day: Booking and Entry Pass.

That order drives the navigation, the sitemap and every product list on this site, because it is also the order the work happens in.

  • Can products be combined?

Yes, where the combination serves the decision. We would rather recommend two products that answer the question than four that fill a page.

  • How is it priced?

Per completed employee per month, billed annually in advance. The pricing page carries the current plans and prices and is the authoritative source.

Two things sit outside that. Occupancy is quoted per study, because a measurement round is scoped per building, period and method. Entry Pass is not sold at all: it comes free with Dynamics, because charging for the return leg removes the reason people take part a second time.

  • How long does it take?

It depends on the buildings, the method and how many people take part, so what we will not do is publish an average implementation time. What we can say is the shape: scoping in weeks rather than months; an occupancy round runs over a defined measurement period agreed up front; Dynamics closes when the response window closes. We commit to dates in the proposal, per project, and we would rather be held to those than to an average.
