Commercial model
Advise with confidence, and bill the hours you get back
Workplaced supplies the data and the insight you need to advise a client on their workplace strategy. The time that frees up (collection, cleaning, crunching) is time you can turn into management workshops, programme design and implementation.
How a consulting engagement runs on the platform
This model works when your value is judgement. The measurement is done for you; the interpretation, the workshops and the programme are yours, and we do not sell them.
You normally join at phase A, and you can carry the client through to C.

A short, cheap measurement before the big proposal
A quick scan converts a speculative conversation into a scoped one, usually in the first meeting rather than the third.
- Kick-off
- Quick scan of current position
- Decide the intervention
Ni leder
You lead the client and set the scope.
Vi leder
We run the scan, or hand you the tooling to run it yourself.
Leverabler
- Quick scan result
- Scoped proposal
Framgångssignal The proposal is about scope, not about whether to proceed.
The honest version of the trade
This model works when your value is judgement. If your value is the data collection itself, the platform competes with you rather than supporting you, and we would rather say that in the first conversation than in the second year.
The line: Workplaced implements and activates the platform. The advisory work around it (interpretation, workshops, programme design, implementation of the change) is yours, and we do not sell it.
What it takes, and what you earn
You advise; the licence is ours, with recurring commission back to you for the life of the contract. You invoice the client for the engagement and nothing of yours moves onto our invoice.
What you need before we start: consultants who can be certified on the methodology (two days and an examination), a market you already sell advisory work into, and one live opportunity concrete enough to test the model on. No minimum volume, no exclusivity.
