Passport
Personal workplace guide
Give every employee something back for taking part
Surveys rarely give anything back. With Passport, everyone who completes the Dynamics questionnaire receives a personal workplace guide with practical tips on where, when and how to work. Only the employee sees it, unless they share it. Passport comes with Dynamics at no extra cost and is not an access pass.

What Passport gives the employee
Personal workplace guide
Employees see their own Dynamics result: needs and preferences, preferred locations, days and times, activities, collaboration patterns and a mobility profile (anchored, hybrid or remote), including where the workplace supports them and where it does not.
Work patterns and environmental preferences
The profile combines the person's own work pattern with the Big Five via TIPI and preferences for noise, light and enclosure.
Tips per activity
Employees see which tasks suit which spaces and conditions, with tips for focus, collaboration and connection.
Private and self-service
Only the employee sees it, unless they choose to share it through a link. They can review it at any time and update preferences as their work changes. Your organisation sees aggregated results only, for groups of at least five employees.

Example (illustrative) of a personal workplace guide: which working conditions suit which task. Only the employee sees it.
Included with Dynamics, visible only to the employee
Only the employee sees their own profile; there is no view for managers.
Passport is not sold separately. It is included with Dynamics, on every plan, at no extra cost. Employees who complete the questionnaire receive their own profile as feedback on their participation.

Questions we get asked
What is Passport?
Passport is the employee's personal workplace guide, included with Dynamics at no extra price. It combines how someone works with the Big Five and their own preferences for noise and light and how enclosed they like to be, then gives personal tips on which space suits which task. It is not an access pass.
Only the individual sees it; there is no manager view. It helps each person work out for themselves what suits them, for their well-being and their productivity, and it is what they get back for taking part. That return is our answer to survey fatigue.
Does Passport open doors?
No. Passport is a personal workplace guide and has nothing to do with access control, visitor management or a door credential.
If you need building access, that is a different system and not one we sell.
Can our employer see my individual answers?
Not through Passport. It is for you alone, and there is no manager view of it.
Where a product does report to the organisation, it reports aggregated patterns. If you are assessing this as a works council, ask for the specific configuration in writing rather than relying on a website. That is what the data processing agreement is for.
Passport comes with Dynamics at no extra cost
Passport is not available separately and comes with Dynamics on every plan. In a 45-minute conversation, tell us which decision you want to take about your workplace and we discuss how Dynamics and Passport fit. The price is based on the number of employees who completed the questionnaire.
