Most of your engagement is spent collecting the data, not using it

Workplace strategy consultants, hybrid work advisors, HR strategists, organisational psychologists, performance management analysts. You are hired for judgement and you spend the first six weeks building a survey, chasing response rates and cleaning a spreadsheet.

How an engagement runs with us in it

You are hired for judgement and you spend the first six weeks building a survey. The process below moves that time to the end of the engagement, where your rate is defensible.

You normally join at phase A, before anything has been decided.

Phase AWhere you join

Prove the problem before you are asked to solve it

Most engagements stall because the client is not yet convinced there is a problem. A comparative figure ends that conversation faster than a proposal does.

  • Kick-off and scope
  • Quick scan against the benchmark
  • Agree what would count as success

You lead

You lead. Scope, stakeholders and the commercial frame are yours.

We lead

We supply the comparative position so the scope argues from a figure.

Deliverables

  • Scoped engagement with a stated success measure

Success signal The client stops asking whether there is a problem.

What it changes commercially

Margin moves from collection to judgement

The hours you save on data gathering are the hours you can sell at your actual rate.

You stop being compared on your survey

A validated instrument taught at universities is not something a procurement team benchmarks against a competitor's questionnaire.

Continuous, not one-off

A study you deliver and leave is one fee. A measurement that keeps running is a relationship.

One thing we will not do

We do not sell the advisory work. The interpretation, the workshops, the change programme and the board conversation are yours. That is the whole basis of the arrangement, and it is why the platform reports patterns rather than conclusions.

What it takes, and what you earn

As a consulting partner you advise and we stay behind you; as a solution partner you resell and implement alongside your own work. Either way the commission is on the licence and recurs for the life of the contract, and the client you register stays yours.

What you need before we start: consultants who can be certified on the methodology, and one live engagement concrete enough to test the model on.
